Two NYC Accounting Opportunities | Accounting Associate & Senior Accountant

We're working on two accounting opportunities in New York and would love to connect with people who enjoy owning the details while helping improve how a finance team operates. Accounting Associate / AP Specialist | Manhattan This role sits on a small team at an investment firm and supports the management company’s accounting operations. The work includes accounts payable, cash activity, bank reconciliations, journal entries, close support, and vendor management. There’s also an opportunity to help streamline AP processes and support new systems and automation initiatives. The team is looking for someone with 2+ years of Corporate Accounting experience coming from a public accounting firm, or another corporate accounting role. Broader accounting experience is a plus, as is exposure to NetSuite or Concur. The role is in the office four days a week. This role is with a growing consumer business and offers ownership across month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and audit support. You’ll work closely with Finance and Operations while helping strengthen accounting processes and controls as the business scales. The ideal background includes 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP.
