At Natural Glamorous, our clients are primarily Spanish-speaking Latina women. They don’t just want someone who performs treatments well—they want someone who understands them, communicates clearly, and helps them feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey.

That’s why  Spanish fluency is required. English is a plus—but not required.

We’re looking for an experienced Laser Specialist / Electrologist who feels proud when clients see visible transformations and who understands that great communication and treatments and creates exceptional outcomes.

You enjoy delivering treatments with precision, educating clients, setting realistic expectations, and helping clients commit to plans that create noticeable results—not just temporary improvements.

You also feel confident operating advanced laser technology—especially  Candela GentleMax Pro —and understand how proper treatment execution, client education, and consistency work together to create great outcomes.

What You’ll Do Here :

• Use advanced laser equipment, including Candela, IPL and Diode Laser technology, to perform treatments with noticeable results.
• Consult with clients in  Spanish , explaining treatment plans, pre/post-care, and expected outcomes.
• Manage scheduling software to set follow-up appointments, ensuring clients stay on track with their goals.
• Maintain treatment enviroment clean and organized workspace and keep the machines in top condition.
• Recommend treatment packages based on client needs and goals
• Present treatment recommendations confidently and ethically
• Keep detailed and accurate client records and follow all safety protocols to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For :

• You must have a valid Florida Electrologist license and at least 2 years of experience performing laser treatments.
• Esthetician license is a plus
• Being fluent in  Spanish is a must —our clients love that we can speak their language. English is a plus.
• You’re confident, professional, and have great communication skills.
• You feel confident with consultative sales and are coachable.
• You pay attention to details and are committed to providing top-tier service every time.
• Familiarity with our equipment (GentleMax Pro, M22, or Diode Laser) is a plus, but we’ll help you get up to speed.
