Senior Prenatal Implementation Engineer

Job Title Senior Prenatal Implementation Engineer Location Customer Site - CA, US Remote - CA Employer Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. Responsibilities Perform on‑site application qualification of systems. Provide training to customers on automated liquid handling/imaging instrumentation and platform‑specific software. Troubleshoot applications for NIPT (non‑invasive prenatal testing) assays and perform instrument service as needed. Conduct demonstrations to potential customers on instrumentation and software. Perform post‑deployment support, including SOP implementation and troubleshooting. Contribute to technical root‑cause activities to identify and alleviate roadblocks internally and with customers. Act as subject‑matter expert during customer‑facing activities. Provide and deliver product training to customers as new features or functionality become available. Understand customers’ current and future needs and participate in the development strategy to address those needs. Provide key technical input and consultation to product management concerning voice‑of‑customer, market trends, and relevant applications for future product development. Drive execution of turn‑key application development for respective markets. Act as subject‑matter expert and influencer within R&D during development of improved products. Collaborate with all field team members to develop and deploy world‑class systems and tools and provide frontline support to sales as a product specialist. Present a professional image at all times to customers, clients, and other vendors. Position requires evenings and weekends on call. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience providing biotechnology support in a clinical prenatal/diagnostics laboratory testing environment. 3 years of experience with Hamilton Star/Starlet equipment and cfDNA extraction equipment. 2 years of experience with clinical imaging equipment and supporting testing equipment and clinical testing workflows. Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required. Compensation Annual base salary range: $125,923.00 – $143,000.00 per year.
