Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our care team serving clients in Washington, DC. This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition Provide mobility support and safe transfers Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders and appointment assistance Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: MUST HAVE HHA Certification (Washington, DC) MUST HAVE CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred) High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus This position requires regular communication with patients in English.
