Home Health Aide

Personal Health Care is a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency founded in 1981. We provide non-medical and skilled nursing care to clients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to work with our client, one-on-one, in a professional and compassionate manner at their home in the surrounding areas of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

The available shifts are Monday through Sunday days, mornings evenings, and overnights. Shifts range from 4-12 hours. Multiple clients available in the surrounding area!

Home Health Aide Requirements:

• 2 years of verifiable Home Care or Facility experience
• Form of transportation to client's residence
• Valid PA Driver's License preferred
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass State and Federal background checks
• Must have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must pass Home Health Aide pre-employment Test
• Minimum Education required High School diploma or GED

Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
