The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-focused Head of Total Rewards to spearhead the design, governance, and delivery of its global compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and administration of all compensation programs, partnering with senior leadership to develop competitive frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves managing the full lifecycle of carried interest and equity programs, overseeing the design and administration of various benefit programs, and driving operational excellence across HR processes. Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 11 years' of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR disciplines, with a strong preference for those from private equity, asset management, or hedge fund backgrounds.
