Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations with standardized assessments and keen observational skills.

Create individualized treatment plans that target both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.

Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions with attention to communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing needs.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to develop cohesive care plans.

Educate patients and their families to support meaningful progress beyond the therapy setting.

Contribute to occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, maintaining continuity throughout treatment.

Ensure precise and timely documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

Pursue ongoing education to stay ahead of advances within the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is still pending.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Demonstrated proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies across the lifespan, with a solid grounding in both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, fostering rapport with patients, families, and a collaborative care team.

Flexibility in adapting therapy to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds and language needs.

Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving capabilities.

Comfort with electronic documentation and compliance standards.
