Immediate Hire - Night Shift Press Operator Assistant / Production Helper - $19/hr

Precision Staffing is seeking Press Operator Assistants / Production Helpers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This is an immediate hire opportunity on the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) in a fast-paced production environment with weekly pay, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team. This is a temp-to-hire role with pay increases after being converted to a permanent employee.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $19/hour (Night Shift) + raises upon hire-on
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend required
Type: Temp-to-hire, full-time
Location: Florence, KY 41042

Responsibilities:

Assist Press Operators by loading raw materials and removing finished parts
Place finished parts in designated containers or on conveyors
Monitor equipment and report any issues to the Press Operator or Supervisor
Follow all safety procedures when working near heavy machinery
Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
Must pass a seven-year background check
Must pass a 9-panel drug test (THC excluded)
