Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery Opportunity!
MLR is looking for a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Labor and Delivery team at a premier healthcare facility near Ovalo, Texas!
Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery:
- Provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Engage in a full-time, direct-hire role within the Labor and Delivery department.
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist during the delivery process.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and positive birthing experiences.
- Educate mothers and families on childbirth processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to create a secure environment for both mothers and newborns.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- CPR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
