A growing food manufacturer seeks a Production Machine Operator. Related experience is desirable. This is a temp-hire position.

• Location: Irvine, CA
• Pay: $20.00 per hour, non-exempt
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Requirements of the Production Machine Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Related experience is desirable
• English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Good communication skills
• Accurate and quality-oriented
• Responsible and punctual
• Ability to learn and operate food manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow safety policies and cleaning procedures
• Ability to work in varying temperatures within the production facility

Responsibilities of the Production Machine Operator:

1. Setup, operate, and troubleshoot equipment across multiple production lines
2. Read work orders to determine required materials and production procedures
3. Retrieve and measure materials and/or ingredients
4. Observe ingredients, materials condition, gauges, dials, and product characteristics to maintain proper production operations
5. Clean, wash, and sterilize equipment, tools, and production areas according to Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system
6. Record required production data to applicable document
7. Other related duties as assigned

Employment Type: Temp-hire


Hours: Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
