As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you'll serve as an important connection between patients and healthcare providers, helping individuals access the care and services they need. Schedule

Variable shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from patients and families with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify and update demographic and insurance information
• Route calls to appropriate departments and providers
• Assist patients with questions and healthcare-related needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous call center, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
