Sales Consultant - Paid Training!

Location Hartford, CT Schedule Rotating Schedule Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday Company Overview West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees. Position: Design Consultant Primary in‑home sales representative who delivers the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services. Key Role Accountabilities Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4: Tuesday‑Friday (9:00 AM‑7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM‑2:00 PM). Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops. Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process. Work with warm, pre‑set leads; no cold‑calling or lead generation. Minimum Requirements Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment. Competitive nature with a drive to succeed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous sales experience; recent graduates or those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also considered. Valid smartphone or smart device with two‑factor authentication capability.
