Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience.
• Current LCSW license in good standing with the California licensing board.
• Experience in hospital-based social work or case management preferred.
• Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and community resource linkage preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems used in acute care settings.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
• Expected hours per week: 40.
