Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in patient assessment, intervention, and monitoring in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor high-acuity patient treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care strategies accordingly.
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and expected outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Possess ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends on an every-other-weekend schedule.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
