Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service RepresentativeVillage Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. EzyVet experience preferred but not required.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferredAbility to accurately process payments and maintain financial recordsPositive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a teamAbility to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periodsAbout Village Square Woodside Veterinary Hospital:Village Square Woodside proudly services Redwood City and the surrounding areas.
