We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support people operations across our growing, multi-state organization. This role primarily sits in Newport, RI and owns the full employee life cycle: you will drive day-to-day payroll and HRIS administration in ADP Workforce Now while supporting onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and process improvement.
