You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 4:45 am and end 1:15 pm depending on the production schedule.

Your main tasks:

• Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality related issues. Back fill for absenteeism. Assist with changeovers.
• Troubleshoots functional defects. Tests and repair ranges.
• May backfill for associates who must repair worship errors.

Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
• Able to work directly with insulation.
• Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must Achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire and EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months.
• Interview required

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
