Responsibilities of Back of House Team Members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food prep.
• Restock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A product launches.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Complete personal knowledge by attending internal training and staying current on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Reading, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to handle all types of equipment, pans, pots, and navigate high and low shelving.
• Work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions.
• Must work well under pressure.
