Trauma-Informed Housing Case Manager
Center for Transforming Lives
The Center for Transforming Lives is seeking a Transitional Housing Case Manager to provide intensive trauma-informed case management to unaccompanied female victims of crime/trauma experiencing homelessness. You will build safe relationships, support housing search and placement, and work to prevent returns to homelessness by partnering with landlords and service providers. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, collaborate with MDTs, and help families plan to achieve housing stability, #J-18808-Ljbffr Center for Transforming Lives
