National Sales Manager

Description This position is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategies for Yuasa's Aftermarket business across the Powersports and Automotive distribution and retail channels. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this position will help shape and implement sales strategies that will identify growth opportunities to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. (Note: This position is on-site at the Laureldale, PA, facility.) Requirements Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and sound business judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Committed to following all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures. Travel requirements: Approximately 40 percent, including some weekends. Physical Requirements Sitting and standing in intervals of time during working hours Operating computers and office equipment Walking short distances Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the battery, powersports, automotive aftermarket, or related industry preferred. A minimum of five years of sales management experience, preferably within distribution or aftermarket sales.
