Here's what it really looks like: You'll spend your days in the community evaluating, treating, and cheering on patients where they feel most comfortable: their own homes. You'll plan your own schedule, manage your own caseload, and have the time to actually do what you were trained to do: deliver exceptional care. You'll collaborate with RNs, OTs, and SLPs who genuinely respect your role on the team. And you'll be supported by leadership that trusts you as a clinician, not as a number.
