Ares Management is seeking a Vice President for US Logistics Development to lead development projects across the East Coast industrial portfolio. You will partner with internal teams and external contractors to drive development, redevelopment, construction, capital expenditure and tenant improvement activities. In this role you will oversee budgets, capital plans, due diligence, and design coordination, while maintaining strong tenant relationships and ensuring timely delivery within budget. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ares Management
