Lead Cleaner

Job Description A Cleaning Lead at Velociti Services is responsible for leading a team of cleaners in their cleaning tasks. The cleaning lead is to ensure all work areas are cleaned by cleaners to Velociti Services and client standards, be responsive to clients' enquiries and specific requests, and communicate clients' cleaning requests to their teams. Duties/Responsibilities The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening Must have good interpersonal attributes.
