Lead Homeless Outreach Supervisor — Housing & Recovery
Wyandot Behavioral Health Network
Wyandot Behavioral Health Network seeks a Supervisor to oversee a Homeless Outreach Team, including case managers, outreach workers, and peers. You will conduct admissions and diagnostic assessments for individuals experiencing homelessness seeking mental health and substance use services, and ensure quality and timely documentation of services. This role requires leadership in a Housing First framework, collaboration with community partners, and advancement of PATH grant initiatives while #J-18808-Ljbffr Wyandot Behavioral Health Network
