Key qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility for rapid acquisition)
• Previous experience in school-based environments preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied school caseload (to be determined) and completing a 37.5-hour work week
• Delivering diagnostic and therapeutic services tailored to student needs
• Assessing, documenting, and tracking student progress towards communication and educational goals
• Developing and participating in IEP meetings as an active team member
• Consulting and collaborating with educators, administrators, and family members
• Utilizing current methodologies and technology to foster student communication
