Description Maintenance Supervisor at JBS USA Food Company, Harvest 2nd Shift, Souderton, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Maintains systems and equipment, restores, repairs, rebuilds or replaces faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervises staff. Schedules and coaches maintenance work, plans and communicates job expectations, and enforces policies and procedures. Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity improvements, and problem resolution. Evaluates the functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by working with operating departments to identify problems and requirements. Implements corrective actions and maintains the function and reliability of facility systems, operating and testing them, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Skills and Qualifications Supervision, staffing, and strategic planning. Troubleshooting and job knowledge. Computer skills and ability to learn SAP computer system.
