Responsibilities: TikTok & Influencer Associate: The TikTok & Influencer Associate will lead The Sak’s influencer partnerships and Tik Tok strategy and content. This person will play a major role in driving awareness, engagement, and sales through authentic content and relationship-building. This position focuses on how to turn social engagement into business growth. TikTok & Content Creation Create engaging TikTok content that reflects the SAK brand voice and personality. Participate in and host on-camera content, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Identify trends and opportunities that align with the brand. Work closely with the team to develop content calendars and campaign ideas. Influencer Partnerships Manage and grow relationships with existing influencer partners. Source and recruit new creators through established networks, referrals, and platforms such as TikTok One. Coordinate influencer gifting, campaigns, content deliverables, and reporting. Develop creative partnership opportunities that generate awareness, engagement, and sales. Track performance and identify top-performing creators for long-term partnerships. Position Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, brand partnerships, or a related field. Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and emerging social trends. Experience working with influencers, creator campaigns, or affiliate programs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who can move quickly and take ownership of projects. Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously. Experience with TikTok One and creator marketplace platforms. Existing network of influencers and creators. Experience with retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Basic photography, video editing, or content production skills. Key Growth Focus: Growing a consistent pipeline of high-performing influencer partnerships. Increasing brand awareness and engagement through TikTok and creator content.
