Hokanson Companies is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations of commercial properties in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. Responsibilities Answer emails and calls from clients, tenants and vendors Schedule maintenance and coordinate contractors Track work orders and follow up on service requests Assist with inspections and property-related tasks Help process invoices and maintain records Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks Requirements 1–3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Reliable transportation for regional travel Preferred (not required) Experience in property management, real estate or facilities Benefits Competitive pay + benefits Training provided Growth opportunities 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
