Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred and highly relevant to this role.
• Must not be a new graduate. Candidates must have prior travel assignment experience; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
• PT only. PTA candidates will not be accepted.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
• Availability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Any overtime must be approved by the director before being worked.

• Prior outpatient experience treating orthopedic patient population.

• OT must be approved by the director before working overtime.
• Candidate is not expected to float to other clinics.
