We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join a private aviation team in Chicago, IL. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, assisting VIP guests and flight crews, and working in a fast-paced aviation environment.

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join a private aviation team in Chicago, IL. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, assisting VIP guests and flight crews, and working in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, passengers, and flight crews in a professional and friendly manner
- Escort guests to aircraft, vehicles, terminal entrances, and other locations as needed
- Provide concierge services, including arranging hotels, rental cars, ground transportation, catering, and other guest requests
- Monitor arriving and departing flights and coordinate requested aircraft services
- Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
- Handle customer questions, concerns, billing issues, and service requests professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked guest areas, pilot lounges, and restrooms
- Assist guests and crew members with luggage and transportation
- Assist pilots with weather information, online portals, and computer access
- Promote and sell company services and products
- Assist with aircraft services such as vehicle valeting, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and positioning aircraft stairs
- Accurately document services performed and maintain customer information
- Follow all airport security, safety, emergency response, and company procedures
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or aviation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors around active aircraft and ground equipment
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
