You will have the autonomy to direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care, serving as a key strategic voice on the leadership team. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred). 5+ years of clinical experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF) / Long-Term Care. 2+ years of proven leadership/management experience in a long-term care setting.
