NSPIRE Nurse Apprentice: Immersive Pre-NCLEX Experience

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey invites newly graduated nurses to join the NSPIRE program, a PRE-NCLEX pathway offering a twelve week practice immersion before a twelve month nurse residency. The Nurse Apprentice NSPIRE will complete clinical immersions, shadow clinicians, and observe the environments in which they will work as a Registered Nurse after passing NCLEX.
