Quality Assurance Manager, Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest, Phoenix, AZ

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and oversee laboratory quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain data integrity. The role involves training staff, conducting audits, managing certifications, and serving as the final authority on analytical data validity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve the laboratory Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Manual
• Conduct system, data, and external audits; write audit reports and oversee corrective actions
• Manage proficiency testing samples, certifications, and training records
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance Project Plans
• Serve as final authority on data quality acceptance or rejection and resolve ethics and data integrity issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Sciences
• 5+ years bench-level analytical experience plus formal QA training, or 2+ years QA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Professional English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Knowledge of environmental methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Technical writing and strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, databases, and statistical principles

Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 per year
