Job Location Sam's Club #6423, 300 N Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941-3036 Responsibilities Deliver member service and support, including checkout operations, issue resolution, and product promotion. Operate self‑service technology and process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Uphold health and safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, assist member decisions, zone and organize merchandise, and preserve a safe shopping environment. Assist in training new associates on front‑line processes, technology, and program rollouts. Monitor compliance with security procedures, identify shrink and damages, and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with managers and teammates to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change. Demonstrate core values: respect individuals, practice integrity, serve members, and strive for excellence. Qualifications Retail experience operating front end equipment (e.g., cash registers). The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Premiums Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
