• Consult with clients to provide the best style for their needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation.
• Provide outstanding customer service from check-in to checkout.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for every client.
• Participate in shop promotions, community events, and team initiatives.
• Support fellow barbers and contribute to a positive shop culture.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Barber or Cosmetology License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
