Call Center Telemarketing Pro- Full Time and Part Time positions

Ox Floors is a rapidly growing home improvement company specializing in concrete floor coatings. We do NOT cold call. All customers have responded to our marketing efforts and are either calling us for more info or have filled out a form on our website to be contacted.

Don't have any experience in home improvement industry? Not a problem, we will train you.

We are looking for ambitious call center professionals that can evolve into larger roles as the company grows and expands.

• Hardworking - Gives 110%
• Proficient with computers - Typing, managing files, using software programs, etc
• Proficient with multitasking - Taking back-to-back calls and staying on task with daily assignments
• Outgoing phone personality - High-energy conversations to set the tone for the rest of our sales process
• Accountable - Do what you say you will do
• Organized - Ability to manage leads efficiently
• Analytical - Pays attention to small details to minimize errors

Compensation: Pay starts at $18/hr plus bonus incentives.
