Job Description

• Build and take ownership of a portfolio of clients.
• Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area.
• Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
• Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last.
• Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation.
• Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree required
• Internship or professional experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or a client-facing role
• Competitive mindset demonstrated through academics, athletics, leadership, or extracurricular activities
• Track record of setting goals and delivering results

• Desire to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team
