Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, PLLC, located in Red Bank, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the lives of our patients by helping them regain mobility, improve physical function, and achieve their personal health goals. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically within an outpatient clinic.

Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, designed to foster an engaging and therapeutic atmosphere for both patients and staff. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and physicians, to deliver comprehensive care. Your typical work hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a predictable and balanced schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient.
• Carry out assessments to evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one care, maintaining a manageable caseload to ensure focused attention and effective healing.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and functional improvement strategies.
• Monitor and document patient progress within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, specifically using WebPT for efficient record-keeping.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their recovery process, building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and progress evaluations to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our outpatient clinic serves a wide demographic, including children, athletes, and seniors, all seeking to enhance their physical capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) and an active physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of sanctions or board proceedings on your license.
• Strong background or specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy practices.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Fluent in utilizing EMR software, primarily WebPT, for comprehensive documentation and patient management.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
