About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab License: WV or compact license required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab. - Interventional Radiology experience preferred. - Previous travel experience preferred. Description: The Cath Lab will provide scrubs and a lead apron for procedures. Schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Expect 1-2 on-call shifts during the week and 1-2 weekends per month. Must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI (heart attack) call. All facilities work a schedule of 36/48 hours for the two-week pay period unless noted otherwise. Patient ratios may fluctuate based on census and staffing. Travelers must reside within 75 miles to be considered. Resource must submit an assignment confirmation within 24 hours of accepting the offer. Two professional references are required, one from a charge nurse or higher and one from a supervisor. Both references must be completed within the last year. Travelers may only submit to one position at a time. Must work either a major or minor holiday. Background checks will be conducted, with any license hits or issues submitted in advance. After working one year, travelers must take a minimum six-month break from the system.
