RN Supervisor Weekends Evening Shift

Weekend Evening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a strong, compassionate, and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the weekend evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth clinical operations during evening hours. Position Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during the 3pm–11pm weekend shift Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Assess residents and respond promptly to changes in condition Serve as the clinical resource and decision-maker during the shift Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Investigate and complete incident/accident reports Address staff concerns and provide coaching and guidance Ensure adherence to facility policies, state, and federal guidelines Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term care/skilled nursing preferred) Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr Sarahneumanrehab
