What we're looking for: Someone responsible for reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, ultimately assuring that each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market.

• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You possess strong knowledge of PC programs, including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

What you'll do:

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED

What might set you apart:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with servicing, post-closing, or shipping
• Familiarity with mortgage documents
• Experience with Encompass
