Now Hiring – Luxury Residential Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent for an ultra-luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service environments who understand the importance of presentation, discretion, and exceptional service.

This is a white-glove environment where professionalism, communication, and resident experience are top priorities.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain a welcoming and polished front desk/lobby presence
• Monitor visitor access, guest check-ins, deliveries, and vendor entry
• Coordinate with property management, valet, and building staff
• Answer phones, assist residents, and provide concierge-style support
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and incidents
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury condominiums, hotels, front desk, concierge, or hospitality preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Experience working with high-end clientele is a plus
• Security experience is helpful but not required

Preferred Background

• Luxury residential or five-star hospitality experience
• Concierge or guest services experience
• Military, law enforcement, or hospitality security background (a plus)
