Receptionist

Aston Carter is looking to hire a Receptionist with a reputable company in Omaha, NE! This position offers competitive pay and excellent growth opportunities!

Job Description

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries.

• Facilitate visitor and vendor check-in procedures, ensuring compliance with site security and access requirements.

• Provide directions and guidance to visitors regarding building locations, meeting spaces, and campus amenities.

• Assist with the coordination and setup of event signage for multiple onsite events held throughout the week.

• Support event logistics and ensure signage is displayed accurately and timely for scheduled activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in reception, office administration, hospitality, executive support, customer service, or workplace operations preferred.

• Recent graduates with strong customer service experience and a professional demeanor are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in high-end hospitality environments, such as upscale restaurants, hotels, or concierge services, is highly valued.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
