The Opportunity

Alchemy Consultants Group is an Atlanta-based sales and brand management firm. Due to client expansion throughout Atlanta, we are hiring motivated individuals to join our sales team. This role focuses on consultative business sales, brand representation, and direct career progression into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Act as the primary professional point of contact for our client campaigns.
• Direct & Consultative Sales: Meet with prospective customers to assess needs and present tailored service packages.
• Account Execution: Guide customers through the complete sales cycle, from product presentation to agreement close.
• Performance Goals: Achieve weekly individual sales targets and campaign milestones.
• Skill Development: Participate in daily strategy meetings, skill-building workshops, and leadership seminars in Brookhaven, GA.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional demeanor, accountability, and integrity.
• Reliable transportation for occasional commuting to our Shelton office for training and meetings.
• No direct sales experience required (prior customer service, hospitality, or retail background is an asset).
• Reliable personal vehicle as some travel is required
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm full time schedule
