A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a travel assignment in Palm Springs, CA. This position involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy services within a school setting, focusing on pediatric and school-aged populations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify needs and establish baselines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's communication goals.
• Provide targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language challenges effectively.
• Monitor, document, and analyze student progress to ensure optimal outcomes and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and maximize student success.
• Engage families by educating and involving them in the therapy process to reinforce progress outside the clinical setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged clients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with students, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
• Active license recognized by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology.
