Quick Facts: Location: Allen, TX Start Date: 08/24/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: 24-Hour Day Shift (Must work 4-8 shifts per month) Hours/Week: Varies based on shifts Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certificates: Active Texas Medical License, DEA, Board Certification in OB/GYN Experience: Minimum 2 years in Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $2964.00 Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Full medical insurance (W-2) Paid sick time Travel, lodging, and licensing reimbursement Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do: Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in a fast-paced hospital setting Support unassigned patients in the Emergency Department Serve as the primary provider for obstetric emergencies, including deliveries and C-sections Provide surgical assistance and perform Gynecological procedures as needed Respond quickly to OB/GYN emergencies ensuring optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with in-house midwives and medical teams Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system Support hospital’s approximately 300-400 annual deliveries What You Need: Required: Active Texas Medical License Board Certified in OB/GYN DEA registration Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vaginal deliveries and C-sections Ability to respond to emergency situations efficiently Preferred: Experience in high-volume obstetric settings Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong surgical and communication skills About the Assignment: This position is based in a reputable healthcare facility in Allen, Texas, dedicated to providing exceptional obstetric and gynecological care.
