Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training - Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program. Coursework/Training - Completion of a clinical internship. Coursework/Training - Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
