Legal Administrative Assistant (Healthcare)

What You’ll Do Preparing, formatting, and proofreading a wide range of legal documents, including briefs, motions, subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery materials Managing complex document production and editing large, heavily formatted files Coordinating electronic court filings and maintaining knowledge of filing procedures Maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, depositions, and conference logistics Serving as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Opening new client matters, managing files, conducting conflict checks, and overseeing records retention Entering attorney time and assisting with daily administrative workflows Supporting billing activities, including preparing, editing, and proofreading prebills and invoices using Aderant Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and supporting meeting preparation What You Bring We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives under pressure and brings both technical precision and a “can‑do” mindset: 3–5 years of litigation legal assistant/administrative experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with Aderant and other legal technologies (iManage/FileSite, Intapp, Emburse/Chrome River a plus) Familiarity with electronic court filing systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines A proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented approach Qualifications Demonstrated ability to handle complex, detail‑driven administrative work in a legal environment Experience working with highly formatted or transcription-based documents preferred Schedule: 100% in‑office Ready to take the next step in your legal career?
