Responsibilities include: Assisting with inspections of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment Learning NFPA standards and local code requirements Performing basic testing procedures under supervision Identifying and documenting system deficiencies Completing electronic inspection reports and related paperwork Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles Communicating professionally with customers and team members Participating in company-sponsored training and certification programs What Makes You Successful We\'re looking for individuals who: Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoy learning technical skills and working with their hands Take pride in quality work and attention to detail Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Can work independently while remaining part of a team Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism Have a safety-first mindset Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid\'s driver\'s license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to learn technical concepts and follow procedures Preferred Experience The ideal candidate may come from backgrounds such as: HVAC Plumbing Electrical Mechanical trades Facilities maintenance General construction Military service Commercial building operations No previous fire sprinkler inspection experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CPR/First Aid Certification Fire service training or certifications Any trade-related certifications Candidates without certifications are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and residential environments Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent walking, stair climbing, and standing throughout the day Travel between customer locations as required Ability to work in varying weather and jobsite conditions Our Purpose To Protect What People Value Most.
