Real Estate Manager
Delon Hampton and Associates
DHA is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support FTA's Program Management Oversight Contract. This is an on-call project manager who must be available when services are required under the PMO contract.
Responsibilities:
- Have a minimum of 7 years of real estate acquisition & relocation experience with respect to the Uniform Act (appraisal, acquisition, relocation & property management)
- Two (2) of the minimum 7 years must have been devoted to real estate oversight services
- Proven experience with developing scope, scheduling, and budget/cost estimating, evaluating tracking documents related to real estate
- Must have Bachelor degree in business, public administration or related field
- Extensive knowledge of FTA Policy guidance related to real estate acquisition and Real Estate Management Plan (RAMP) requirements
- Professional designation, right of way certification, or license related to real estate is desirable but not required.
